Výzkum a vývoj

Tým V&V ve firmě Isola
Hlavním záměrem oddělení výzkumu a vývoje firmy Isola je vývoj nových výrobků. To také zahrnuje vývoj a zlepšování stávajících výrobků na takový požadovaný standard, aby mohl čelit změnám, které neustále probíhají v celosvětovém klimatu. Hlavní osnovou pro vývojový proces je strategie firmy Isola a její obchodní pojetí zaujmout vedoucí postavení při řešení problémů s vlhkostí ve stavebnictví. Výrobky firmy Isola vyhovují jak norskému, tak i evropskému trhu.

Tým V&V má 7 zaměstnanců: 4 inženýry, dva laboratorní techniky a jednoho systémového inženýra. V&V jsou rozděleny do dvou hlavních oblastí: laboratoř a sekce stavební technologie. Laboratoř je zodpovědná za vývoj surovin a monitorování výrobního procesu při kontrole surovin a konečných výrobků. Sekce stavební technologie je zodpovědná za vývoj systému a použití výrobku.

Tým V&V spolupracuje úzce s ostatními týmy a odděleními a má klíčové postavení týkající se vnitřního řádu skupin výrobků pro zdokonalování kvality a vývoje výrobku. Hodně se pracuje na základě projektu. Tyto práce vede Team Manager Jorgen Young.

Tým V&V v továrně Platon
Technické středisko v továrně Platon má podobný úkol jako R&D tým v továrně Isola. Tým PTS Platon má 6 zaměstnanců v oddělení stavební technologie a v laboratoři.
